Southgate Audi

Let me cut right to the chase why my experience is bad with Southgate Audi. When I purchased a brand new 2024 Audi Q3 and was driving back to my home in an hour, I realized that the Alignment of the car is off. I called Jeff the manager (from whom I bought the car) and instead of sympathetically troubleshooting the problem, he said it’s been a couple of hours since you left the dealership and now it’s not my problem, you could have damaged it by now (and I was like). And I was speechless, that after buying an Audi this is the customer service I am getting. What’s the point of even buying it if that’s the customer service we gonna get. After having an intense conversation with the manger then only he said that it’s fine bring it back and I’ll see to it. Don’t get me wrong the sales experience was alright, Nelson really did a great job on both sales and delivery day, but after sales experience is what matters the most and it was disappointing. And the most distressing part is when I told the manager that I’ll let Audi Canada know about my experience he warned me that if you go through path then he will not help me any further (As if he is already helping me) Audi Q3 was my first new car and I was just expecting little more supporting experience from Audi southgate. I called Audi Canada and they handled the situation very well. They told me the right thing, that these kind of things are covered under Audi wear and tear warranty for 20,000 kms or 1 year. After getting this kind of customer service, I won’t recommend buying a car from Southgate Audi. I know this sounds harsh, but it’s the reality

5 Star level of service with Chris Klein at Southgate Audi. Time well spent to help plan a fun and direct approach to such an important investment decision. Very warm setting when you’re with Chris, who knows his brands, and other manufacturers to help make Audi a solid decision with confidence. His patience and follow-up enhanced my customer experience, and his level of knowledge within the entire vehicle industry truly helped determine my choice between need and want. If you visit Southgate Audi, ask for Chris. You’ll be happy you did.

The parts and service here sucks, the guy who I always deal with is incredibly rude and they seem to always want to downgrade me to a dirty baseline loaner whenever my car goes in. To top it off the guy I deal with is a “will only deal with men” kind of person since he called my husband instead of contacting me (no call, text, email) over my vehicle… don’t love that. Worth driving to the west end just to avoid dealing with the chauvinism here.
